 חב` DAYMEN, הבעלים של מותג העל LOWEPRO, יצרנית תיק הצילום הטובה בעולם, רכשה את חב` JOBY, בעלת המותג הידוע GORILLAPOD, ותמזג את פעילותה עם שאר החברות שבבעלות DAYMEN.

 חב` DAYMEN שמקום מושבה בקליפורניה, ארה"ב, נוסדה לפני 30 שנה (1981) ומאז היא מקדישה את כל מרצה ואונה לפיתוח וייצור תיקים איכותיים בענף הצילום והמחשבים, החל מתיקים למצלמות קומפקטיות ועד לתיקים ומזוודות לצלמים מקצועיים ומשווקת אותםבכל רחבי הגלובוס.

 חב` JOBY שממוקמת אף היא בקליפורניה, נוסדה בשנת 2005 והביאה למהפכה בענף החצובות ע"י ההמצאה הייחודית של חצובות החוליה בגדלים שונים, שזיכו אותה בלא מעט פרסים בינלאומיים, ומשווקת אותם בהצלחה רבה בעולם.

DayMen Group announces agreement to acquire JOBY, Inc

Petaluma, CA &ndash DayMen Group, manufacturer and leading distributor of high-quality imaging, laptop and other electronic protective accessory brands, is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement to acquire JOBY.

JOBY is the San Francisco-based manufacturer of iconic photo, mobile and lighting products that inspire the creative and active lifestyle, including the award-winning GorillaPod line of flexible tripods.

DayMen has been distributing JOBY in Canada since 2007 and Australia since 2008. Since it was founded over six years ago,JOBY has grown from a start-up to a company with distribution in over 65 countries.
